Voor de invoering van het web met zijn verschillende verkooppagina's, was het verdraaid lastig om een passende verlichtingsset voor een oude fiets te vinden. Op deze fiets zit een Lohmannlamp en - dynamo, waarvan, zo ver ik me herinner, de lamp in Utrecht en de jongere dynamo in Bielefeld gevonden werd. Op de lamp staat Lohmann met eronder D.R.P.: Deutsches Reichs Patent. Klaarblijkelijk was het installeren van fietsverlichting in de jaren twintig nog geen eenvoudige zaak. Before the introduction of the web with its several sales sites, it was hard to find a lamp set for an old bicycle. On this bicycle a Lohmann set has been installed, the lamp bought in Utrecht (Netherlands), the younger dynamo in Bielefeld (Germany). The lamp carries not only the name of the maker but also the letters D.R.P. (patented in Germany).
